When choosing Essences for yourself, it is important to remember to trust yourself and your choices by listening to you body. If a definition "feels right", then honor that choice.
First you should choose one specific issue in your life that you would like to focus on. Choose an Essence or several Essences that directly address that issue. For best results, concentrate on one priority issue at a time. Take this Essence until you feel that you no longer need the Essence or you have tested for a specific length of time. Remember - Essences are training wheels until we can do it on our own!
