• Fill sterilized dosage bottles with one part brandy to three parts purified or spring water. 

  Do not use plain distilled water (distilled water is dead - Essences are living).

  Use a water purifier or distilled water which has been left in a glass bottle in direct sunlight for at least a day.

  Put 7 drops of each STOCK remedy into your dosage bottles.

  IMPORTANT: Put Essences into bottles ALREADY filled with your preservative (brandy, vinegar, red shiso or vegetable glycerin) along with spring water.

  Also remember - the more brandy to water ratio, the longer the shelf life of the Essences.

  A few points to remember when you are making up a dosage bottle for yourself or someone special:

  1 ~ Get yourself centered, balanced and calm in whatever way is best for you. Otherwise, use Essences to help "clean and clear" your energy.

  2 ~ Call in your Higher Self, Guides, Angels, or whatever guides you to help you prepare the dosage, asking that your clear intention is for the highest good of all concerned.

I always like to surround my Essences with light for protection. By doing this, the intention is that my Essences are safe and sound. I recommend you just use common sense and trust what feels right for you and your Essences.

Approximately 500

How long will a 1 ounce/30 ml Dosage Bottle last?     

If you are taking 7 drops under the tongue twice a day and not squirting a full dropper :-), then it would last about a month or more.
